ENG410 Program Module
ENG 410 is a program module designed to evaluate the data records in order to monitor and compute the spent service lifetime of engine M601E's main parts. All necessary parameters are registered by FDR59B-L flight data recorder that is installed on L410UVP aircraft.
Program ENG410 enables these basic functions:
- to evaluate service information written into FDR flight data recorder
- to evaluate service data and M601E running times from the records and their summary from the beginning of the service
- to compute spent service lifetime of M601E engine main parts from the view point of low-cycle fatigue (LCF) for all four damage parameters (Manson II, SWT, Manson I, Godman)
- to compute creep damage of generator turbine blade
- to modify main constants for computation of LCF and creep damage
- to compute histograms of selected M601E engine parameters
- to compute manually LCF and CREEP
- to create, process, sort, and maintain wear-out database
- to enter the database query manually
- vytvoření matiční diskety motoru (vyjímatelné disky, disketa, ZIP atd.)
- database export and import
