Speel's FDR39H/HG is intended for the replacement of mechanical recorders SARPP-12DM equipping Mi-17/24 helicopters.

The replacement of the original recorder is very simple, because the aircraft wiring including interconnection cables remain, only the mechanical fixing of units is changed.

FDR39HG is an improved version of FDR39H that includes, in addition, GPS data recording from a standard aircraft GPS unit.

Flight data stored in the FDR39H/HG/HGM can be transferred, played back and analyzed using SPEEL's Ground Support Equipment, which consists of:

  • PMU-F (Portable Memory Unit)
  • Notebook with PANDA software
